ウクライナ情勢 Ukraine situation (2022/3/12)

ウクライナのゼレンスキー大統領は、西側諸国に、飛行禁止区域の設定を連日要請し続けているが、米国、NATOは拒絶。戦争映画であれば、「将来の安全のために、今、共に、一気に、完全に芽を摘み取りましょう」という展開になるのであろうが、現実は映画のようにはいかない。飛行禁止区域の設定どころか、戦闘機の貸与もできない状況だ。そうする理由はわかるが、死と向かい合って戦っているウクライナから見たら、冷酷な対応である。

その一方で、海外からウクライナ入りする志願兵の数が2万人を超えたという。自分は、この1週間、会社のソファーで寝泊まりしてしまい、それだけで身体が痛いが、ウクライナの人たちは、そんなもんじゃない。身体中、相当、痛いのではないかと察する。爆撃から免れられたとしても生活環境が劣悪だと身体を壊す。栄養と睡眠と衛生、不十分すぎる状況であろう。考えただけで本当に暗くなり、胸がチクチクする。

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky continues to request Western countries to set no-fly zones every day, but the United States and NATO refuse. If it were a war movie, it would be a development of "let's pick the buds completely at once together for the sake of future safety", but the reality is not like a movie. Far from setting a no-fly zone, it is not possible to rent a fighter. I know the reason for doing so, but from the perspective of Ukraine, which is fighting against death, it is a ruthless response. On the other hand, the number of volunteers entering Ukraine from overseas has exceeded 20,000. I've been sleeping on my office sofa for the past week, and that alone hurts my body, but Ukrainians don't. I suspect that it hurts all over my body. Even if you are spared from the bombing, if your living environment is poor, you will break your body. Nutrition, sleep and hygiene may be too inadequate. Just thinking about it makes me really dark and my chest tingles.
