レンジャーの最高司令官サイファは、最後の任務に息子を同行させたが、二人が乗り込んだ宇宙船は、 小惑星嵐に見舞われ大破し、危険惑星「地球」に墜落。 生存者はサイファとキタイのみ。そしてサイファは致命傷で動くことができない。 助けを呼ぶにも、救難信号の発信機がある船尾は、彼らがいる位置より１００km後方に墜落している。発信機を回収しないと二人は助けを呼べずに死ぬ。さてどうしたものか？といった状況下、13歳のキタイが一人、発信器を回収するために危険な旅に赴くといった話である。テーマは、「危険下での恐怖心の克服」。恐怖は現実に存在しない。 恐怖が存在するのは未来を考える心の中だけ。恐怖は想像の産物。想像が恐怖を感じさせるだけで、何も起きないかもしれない。「危険」は実在するが、「恐怖心」は自分次第でコントロールできるといった悟りである。2010年公開「ベスト・キッド」では、超かわいい子供だったジェイデンが、本作でスリムな青年へと成長していた。目が魅力。血筋は争えない、天才子役である。

Ranger's commander-in-chief, Cipher, accompanied her son on her final mission, but the spacecraft they boarded was wrecked by an asteroid storm and crashed onto the dangerous planet Earth. The only survivors are Cipher and Kitai. And Cipher cannot move due to a fatal injury. In "The Karate Kid" released in 2010, Jayden, who was a super cute child, grew up to be a slim young man in this work. His eyes are attractive. He is a genius child actor who can't compete for blood.
